Effective Patrols

2267, May 23rd: After the 5th fleet touched down on Ritov, the SE deployed units from the 10th SGEU to bait & bleed AR forces. Nearly a whole platoon of Scion Guard was wiped out in the skirmish, and about half as many AR Watchdogs were killed while intercepting their advance towards the 5th fleet. By the time the skirmish was done, the SE suffered more losses than expected. As a result, the CO of the attacking SE forces ordered his remaining men to surrender.
